Wedding Dress Designs Dress Styles That You May Choose From - www.PrintE-Z.comDepending upon where you buy, your wedding dress can cost you anything between less than $500 and above $1,500. A hurried decision can cost you dearly and you may also end up buying a wedding dress that you really would not want to wear on your most memorable day.

Before you start shopping for your wedding dress it is better to be sure of what you really want. Is it a timeless beauty that you are looking at or the fad of the times? If you are going in for a theme wedding you have to limit your design choices according to the chosen theme. For a traditional wedding a white dress and bright white invitations to go with it are the best.

A full wedding can be extremely tiring, which means that you have to pay more attention to comfort. And last but not the least, the time of marriage is important for choosing the right fabric because you really do not want to sweat profusely and keep wiping your forehead every now and then.

With these things in mind, you should then pay attention to the dress style. You may already have a mental image of how you want your wedding dress to look like but when it comes to choosing one you have to pay attention to the various aspects of design that go towards making the wedding dress that you want.

- Silhouette. This is the outline of the full wedding gown right from the top to the hemline. It could be the traditional tight bodice and a full skirt, A-line skirt or princess line. Column dress, bias cut, mermaid or fishtail and asymmetric and two piece straight style are among the modern styles you may choose from. Your choice largely depends upon your height and body shape and also the fabric you choose.

- Sleeves. Sleeves add balance to the skirt and the choice depends upon your preference and the style you have chosen. You may opt for cap sleeves, poet sleeves, balloon sleeves or bell sleeves, the length however depends largely upon the really depends upon the weather and season. The fabric of the sleeves can vary from the fabric of the main gown. Opt for spaghetti straps or a strapless gown only if you have well toned arms. You may also choose to cover shoulders with a wrap or stole.

- Neckline. There is a wide range of necklines that you can choose from but keep in mind that your decision should be based on your earlier experiences. The choice of neckline affects the amount of emphasis on your face, neck, shoulders and bust.

- Bodice. The upper half of the silhouette starts from the neckline to the waistline. This may be plain or a laced corset style. The bodice is also the part where the maximum amounts of embellishments are placed.

- Waistline. Waistline is the seam that joins the bodice and the skirt. Waistline of your wedding gown may follow the natural path or be a high or V-shaped or dropped waistline.

- Skirt. It is the skirt that adds the maximum character to a wedding gown. Traditional fuller skirts are elegant while the modern bias cut or a fishtail gives a graceful and modern look to the dress. Depending upon how well you can carry, you may choose from an under-bustled or over-bustled skirt.

- Hemline. This is where the wedding dress ends. The traditional hemlines are floor length or ankle length. Anything above that is considered to be informal and casual. Floor hemline that sweeps the floor looks regal but may make you trip. If you really want that make sure you practice well before the wedding day.
